Rick Parra is responsible for managing inside sales, administrative and customer service activities for Taylor Specialty Books. He also works with the production team in coordinating, scheduling and production of Specialty Book jobs. Rick joined Taylor in 1984 and has held managerial positions in Finance, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Operations. He earned a Bachelor Business Administration degree from the University of Texas at Arlington and worked in retail and service sectors before entering the publishing/printing industry.

Rick is married with two children. In his time away from work, he enjoys reading and golf.
