VP Sales
Kim will be entering his tenth year with Taylor Specialty Books in 2016, and, as a veteran of the publishing / printing industry, Kim has held a number of sales and management positions over his 25-year career.
Sales
George began his publishing career at Harper & Row (now Harper Collins), after graduating with his Bachelor’s of Arts from LaSalle University in Philadelphia in 1972 rising from sales trainee to Editor and Regional Sales Manager.
Customer Service
Julie Kacala is the Lead Customer Service Representative for Taylor Specialty Books. She coordinates all communication between Taylor Specialty Books’ customers and the production plant.
Sales and Service
Rick Parra is responsible for managing inside sales, administrative and customer service activities for Taylor Specialty Books. He also works with the production team in coordinating, scheduling and production of Specialty Book jobs.
